We have exceptionally experienced team members with the training and knowledge to ensure all your catering needs are met with the highest of expectations. We also can create specialty menus and themed events. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any request that you may not see on our catering guide.

Our full-service catering is available in a variety of dining experiences, including easy eating meeting options, cocktail receptions, multiple course meals, full service buffets, and much more. To us, every event is special no matter what the size. Your event will be artistically prepared and beautifully presented with close attention to detail.

Payment

All catered functions are required to make a 50% non-refundable deposit two (2) weeks prior to the event and must have a secured payment in full prior to the event occurring. All Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash, and Check payments will be required in full prior to the event start time. University Fund, Purchase Orders, and Departmental Accounts are valid payment methods and will be billed upon event completion. Tax-exempt organizations are required to submit a copy of their exemption certificate prior to their event date.

Attendants

We can suggest the staffing needs when ordering service

Chef attendants will be charged at an hourly rate for all action stations. Catering staff will be charged at an hourly rate with a four (4) hour event time minimum including setup and cleanup.

Chef attendants will be charged at an hourly rate of $30.00 per hour for all action stations. Catering staff will be charged at an hourly rate of $22.00 per hour with a four (4) hour event time minimum including setup and cleanup.
Should alcohol be served in any fashion:

One (1) bartender per 75 guests will be required at a rate of $25.00 per hour with a four (4) hour event time minimum which includes setup and cleanup

Corkage fee $1/per guest

Delivery Fees

There will be no charge for any on-campus catering that exceeds $25.00 per request. Orders under $25.00 will be subject to a $10.00 delivery fee.

Catering Equipment

All equipment provided for catered events is provided in good working order, free of any damage. Any damages incurred during the event shall be the financial responsibility of the event host. Appropriate charges for damage/replacement will be added at the conclusion of the event.

China Charges

We offer high-quality, single-use, eco-friendly serving items (plates, cups, utensils, and napkins) with all catering events. We also offer China service.

Plated meals of 250+ may be subject to additional equipment rental charges

Linens and Skirting

Table linen for all food and beverage tables will be provided at no charge. Additional linens can be provided for guest seating, meetings, registration, and any other tables not directly utilized for food and beverage setup/service.

Specialty linen can be added to your event to make it more personal or theme appropriate. Additional charges may apply.

Food Ordering Policy

For Stetson Catering to execute an event, the event must have a Food/Beverage item included in the order.

Food Removal Policy

Due to health regulations, leftovers cannot be removed from any event space to protect our campus community. Items purchased for pick-up should be properly stored prior to the event and removed/disposed of by the event host.

Event Confirmation, Guarantees, and Guest Counts

Guest counts are required one (1) week prior to the start of your catered event. A final confirmation is required three (3) business days prior to the start of your catered event. This confirmation and guarantee will include the exact times, location, expected attendance, menu choices, room set up, and all expected costs associated with the event. If a final guaranteed count is not provided, the estimated number provided on the contract will be used for event planning and billing. If an event is cancelled, it is the responsibility of the booking party to cancel the event with the catering department. The event contact will be responsible for 75% of total contracted charges for any event that is not cancelled within three (3) business days and confirmed in writing by the customer. If Stetson University is closed due to inclement weather or emergency, all catering events will be automatically cancelled at no charge to the client.
